A more in-depth bio
Therése Gedda international thought leader on company culture and the Future of Work
As an active soccer supporter in her early teens, she quickly acquired a deep understanding of how powerfully a purpose-driven culture can bring people together from all walks of life through shared goals and commitment. Despite the passion she saw in the devoted supporter community, that same passion rarely translated into their working lives. As Therése became a professional athlete within athletic fitness, she experienced in greater depth the transformative power of an intentional lifestyle. During her years in the gym, she saw the same depth of passion and dedication as she had seen among the soccer fans.
This realization was reinforced through the management consultancy she founded when she was 17. During this time she worked with a wide range of companies from those with a thriving culture to those whose culture had become toxic. Through these companies, Therése experienced first-hand that having a thriving culture is a choice and one that can be made intentionally. Supporting companies in designing and scaling thriving cultures became her path as a result.
Therése continued breaking the mold by guest lecturing at Sweden's leading business school while she was still a student at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE).
