Depending on the country and even the city you are currently in, there are different levels of opportunities for doing things outside your home. Since I normally live on the road, spending significant time in one spot allows more moments of reflection, so a couple of weeks ago, I started to capture what I’m excited about when things are better.
Many of my joy notes are connected to spending quality time face-to-face with friends, clients, and from the stage in addition to visiting special restaurants, enjoying a quiet moment in a meditation studio and an intense workout in the gym to name a few.
In our daily lives, it can be hard to step out and reflect on what truly gives us joy in-between commuting, meetings, dinners, and deadlines. So, why not take this time to ponder what matters to you?
So, what’s in your joy jar?
